Dr. Spivak graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine, Philadelphia, PA in 1987. He completed an externships at the Washington Hospital Centter, Washington, D.C. and the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. After practicing in downtown Philadelphia and Washington, DC for 7 years, he moved to Carlisle, PA in 1994.
